Installation
IPTV installation guide
The same five steps apply to every platform. Where the wording on your screen differs, the device-specific guides at the bottom of this page spell out the exact menus.
Step by step
The five steps
Allow about ten minutes for a first setup, most of which is typing the playlist address.
-
Have your credentials to hand
After your order is confirmed we send you the details your player needs. Depending on the setup that is either a playlist address — a long web address ending in .m3u or .m3u8 — or a portal address with a username and password.
Keep the message open on your phone while you work. Typing a long address into a television remote is the slowest part of the whole process, so many people prefer to open the guide on a phone and copy carefully.
-
Install a compatible player app
Open the app store on your device and install a player that supports playlist or portal logins. Your device guide names suitable options for that platform.
Install only from your device's official store. We never ask you to disable security settings or install software from a link we send.
-
Add your subscription to the player
Open the player and look for "Add playlist", "Add user" or "Add portal". Paste or type the address exactly as we sent it, including the http:// or https:// part, and give the profile any name you like.
If the player asks for a username and password separately, use the ones in your message rather than appending them to the address.
-
Let the channel list and guide load
The first load takes longer than later ones because the player downloads the full channel list and the programme guide. On a slower connection this can take a couple of minutes. Leave it to finish rather than restarting the app.
If the guide is still empty afterwards, most players have a "refresh EPG" or "update guide" option in their settings.
-
Check playback and adjust if needed
Open a channel to confirm it plays. If it stutters, increase the buffer setting in the player and, where the option exists, switch the decoder between hardware and software to see which suits your device.
Anything that still looks wrong is worth a message. Tell us the device, the player and which channels are affected, and we will narrow it down with you.

If something does not work
The player rejects the address
Almost always a typing error. Check for a missing colon or slash after http, a transposed character, or a space added at the end. Re-copy the address from our message rather than retyping it from memory.
The channel list loads but nothing plays
That combination usually means the credentials are valid but something is blocking playback — occasionally a connection limit already in use on another device. Close the player on your other devices and try again, then message us if it persists.
Everything buffers
Work through the connection first: run a speed test on the same device, prefer a wired connection, and check nothing else is saturating the line. Then raise the buffer setting in the player. A single channel misbehaving while the rest are fine is a different problem, and worth reporting to us.
The programme guide is empty
Look for a guide or EPG refresh option in the player settings and allow it to complete. Guide data is larger than the channel list, so it can lag behind on a first setup.
A note on security
We will never ask for your card number, your bank details or the password to another service in order to set up your subscription. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, stop and contact us on the number published on this website.
