Refund policy
How we handle refund requests, what we will look at, and what falls outside a refund.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Our position, stated plainly
We do not advertise a blanket money-back guarantee, because a subscription is a digital service that begins working as soon as it is activated. What we do instead is try hard to prevent the situation arising, and look at genuine problems individually.
Prevention first
Most refund requests in this industry come from a mismatch between what someone expected and what they received. We try to avoid that before you pay:
- We will tell you if your device or connection is unlikely to be suitable, rather than taking the order anyway.
- We confirm the plan, the connection count and the exact total in writing first.
- We do not claim uninterrupted playback, guaranteed 4K on every channel, or access to specific named channels.
- A one-month plan exists precisely so you can try the service without a large commitment.
When we will consider a refund
We will look at a refund request where:
- Your credentials were never successfully activated and we could not resolve it.
- A fault clearly originating on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant part of your period, and we could not fix it.
- You were charged an amount different from the total confirmed with you in writing.
- You were sold a plan we had told you would work with your device, and it did not.
Contact us first. We will ask what you are seeing and on which device, because a problem we can fix in ten minutes is better for you than a refund.
What a refund does not cover
- An internet connection too slow or unstable for the streams you wanted, where we had set out the requirements.
- Hardware that cannot install or run a suitable player app.
- A specific channel, event or title not being available, where we made no commitment that it would be.
- Faults in a third-party player app, or changes the app developer makes.
- A subscription suspended because credentials were shared beyond your household or used unlawfully.
- Simply changing your mind after substantial use of a period that was supplied as agreed.
How to raise a request
- Message us on WhatsApp describing the problem, your device, and what you have already tried.
- Give us a fair chance to fix it. Most issues are a setting rather than a fault.
- If it cannot be resolved, say clearly that you would like a refund and we will review it against this policy.
- We will tell you our decision and the reason for it in writing.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they take precedence.
No automatic charges
Because no subscription renews automatically and no payment details are stored on this website, there are no unexpected recurring charges to dispute. Every payment is one you arranged deliberately.
